Installation and Maintenance Requirements

This warranty is conditioned upon proper installation, operation, cleaning and maintenance, all in accordance with the User’s Manual. Failure to meet any of these requirements will void this warranty. Once the cover of the product is opened or the product is tampered with by unauthorised personnel, the warranty shall immediate cease. Servicing of your G( UVC GERM KILLER by parties other than our authorised  service center and/or using parts other than Genuine Parts*** will also void this warranty.

What is covered by this Warranty?

We warrant the unit to the Customer, subject to the conditions below, against defects in workmanship or material, provided that the products are returned to a service location within one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Purchase Date/Warranty Start Date follows the QR Code attached to the unit; upon scanning the QR code, the Purchase Date/Warranty Start Date will display on the first page.

12 Months Limited Local Warranty

  1. Single Exhaust Fan not spin when turned on
  2. Dual Exhaust Fan not spin when turned on
  3. UVC Lamp does not light up when turned on
  4. Loud Noise from Exhaust Fan over 80db when turned on
  5. No Power to unit when turned on

06 Months Limited 1 to 1 Exchange Warranty

  1. Single Exhaust Fan not spin when turned on
  2. Dual Exhaust Fan not spin when turned on
  3. UVC Lamp does not light up when turned on
  4. UVC Lamp light turned orange or flickering when turned on
  5. Loud Noise from Exhaust Fan over 80db when turned on
  6. No Power to unit when turned on

What is not covered by this Warranty?

This product is intended for indoor use only. Ordinary wear and tear shall not be considered a defect in workmanship of material. This warranty do not apply to filter nor for loss or damage caused by accident, fire, abuse, misuse, improper installation, modification, misapplication, commercial use or by any repairs other than those provided by our authorised Service Center.

Limitation of Liability for Special, Incidental or Consequential Damages

We shall not in any case be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages arising from breach of expressed or implied warranties, conditions, guarantees or representations, breach of contract, negligence or any other legal theory. Such excluded damages include, but are not limited to, loss or profits or revenue, and loss of the use of the products, and any loss caused by leaks or other water damage.

  8. Any Object insertion from the front or back of the unit
  9. Unauthorized Repair or Servicing
  10. Drill, Modify or Paint of ABS Enclosure Casing
